Met Epo kunt u uw eigen bedrijfshelpdesk opzetten en uw netapparatuur monitoren. Door een flexibele opzet is er veel ruimte voor het implementeren van eigen wensen en te monitoren apparatuur. Er is optioneel apparatuur beschikbaar waarmee u bijvoorbeeld rooklucht en spanningswisselingen registreert. U bepaalt zelf het nivo waarop Epo een actie zoals bijvoorbeeld een sms sturen gaat nemen.
